Handmade Pasta Dough
***Makes about 1 Pound (16 oz)
2 Cups Flour
3 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
-Flour and Salt on a table
-Create a well in the center
-Add your eggs and oil
-With a fork, beat your wet ingredients slowly incorporating more and more of your flour until you reach a dough consistency
-Knead for five minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic
-Cover with Siran Wrap and set in fridge for 30 minutes
-Remove from fridge; roll and cut dough as desired
