*****Best done with a stand mixer

-Combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl and mix

-Add the water and 2 Tbsp. of oil

-Mix with a spatula until a dough forms

(If the dough is too dry, add 1 Tbsp. of water at a time)

-Set it onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes and turn into a ball

-Grease a bowl with the 2 Tsp. of oil and add your dough, covering with plastic wrap

-Let rest on the counter for about an hour, or until doubled in size

-Turn onto a floured surface and divide into 2 equal pieces

-Cover with a kitchen towel and let rest for 10 minutes

3-4 Cups Bread or All Purpose Flour

1 Tsp. Sugar

1 Packet Instant Dry Yeast

2 Tsp. Salt

1 1/2 Cups Water at 110º F

2 Tbps. Olive Oil + 2 Tsp.

Shaping your Pizza

-Take 1 of your dough balls and throw it on a floured surface

-Start to flatten your dough into a "small disc" as best you can with your hands

-Working from the center, push the dough outward while spreading your fingers, making the disk larger.

-Pick up your disc and pass it from hand to hand stretching the dough out

-Put both your knuckles underneath the dough and spin it on-top of your hands in the air like you see at a pizzeria

-Sprinkle a baking sheet or pizza tray with flour and unroll you dough on top
