Profiterol
***Makes 140 Pieces
500 Grams milk
500 Grams water
450 Grams butter
20 Grams salt
20 Grams sugar
500 Grams flour
14 Eggs
-Set a pot on medium-high flame, and add milk and water
-Add butter, salt, sugar, and mix
-Once the mixture in pot is boiled, STOP HEAT, and add flour to stir the mixture into a dough consistency
-Heat for 10 more seconds while it sizzles and remove and transfer to a bowl for electric mixer
-Stir fast to let some heat escape
-Add at least half your eggs and keep mixing
-Add the rest and mix
-Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
-Put dough in pastry bag and pipe it on the cookie sheet like little swirls
-Fill the tray at throw in the oven at 300ºF​
-Bake for 20-25 minutes, then turn the sheet 180º, and bake for 8-10 more minutes until golden brown
***Some ovens take different times to bake certain food so your oven might take less or more time
-Let cool for a while
-Use the pipe from the pastry bag and make small holes at the bottom of each profiterol by inserting, twisting and turning, removing a small peace at the bottom
-Pipe ice cream or pastry cream inside each profiterol
-Drizzle with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
