Peach Cobbler
***Makes 10 Servings
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups Sugar, Divided
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup milk
4 Cups Fresh Peaches, Sliced and Skinned
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Ground Cinnamon (Optional)
Vanilla Ice Cream
-Melt butter in a microwave or saucepan
-Pour into a 13x9" baking dish
-Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt, and whisk In the milk
-Pour on-top of the baking dish, not mixing anything
-Boil the other cup of sugar, peaches, and lemon juice
-Pour the peach mixture over the baking dish, again not mixing anything
-Sprinkle on cinnamon and bake at 375ºF for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown
-Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes
-Serve with Ice Cream and enjoy!
